Community Integration: A service that promotes meaningful community participation by building social connections, a sense of belonging, and inclusion. Our approach focuses on developing practical life skills, increasing independence, and strengthening social confidence.
Individual & Family Training: Training that is designed to help individuals and caregivers build practical skills, deepen understanding, and strengthen
relationships. Services are individualized, collaborative, and aligned with each person’s goals and support needs.
Crisis Stabilization: A comprehensive program to stabilize acute crisis needs a home and in the community. Services include assessment, safety planning, intensive case management, behavior support, and caregiver collaboration.

Area Served: Online, Inland, Orange County, San Gabriel/Pomona

Pacific Clinics provides neurodiversity-affirming services that promote meaningful community participation to Self Determination Program consumers across California Regional Centers.
