Bookworm Educational & Psychological Services Inc. offers highly individualized services to individuals with I/DD through the California Self- Determination Program. Current offerings include:
- Puberty & Sexuality Education: For individuals ages 10 through adulthood (offered individually and in groups, as well as for couples). **Offered remotely and in person, depending on location. SDP Code: 331 or 334
- Adaptive Skills/Community Safety assessment, programming, and consultation: Offered directly to client and caregivers. **Offered remotely and in person, depending on location. SDP Code: 320 or 331
- Behavioral Consultation: Offered directly to caregivers. **Offered remotely and in person, depending on location. SDP Code: 371 or 364
- Mental Health, Executive Functioning, & Self-Regulation Coaching: Offered to individuals ages 12 through adulthood. **Offered remotely and in person, depending on location. SDP Code: 331 or 334
- Academic Support– Includes Reading to Support Social Communication, Social Skills Development, Adulting 101, & College Preparation: Offered to individuals ages 10 through adulthood. **Offered remotely and in person, depending on location. SDP Code: 331 or 334
- Group Workshops/Trainings: We periodically offer group workshops and trainings for clients and caregivers related to Adaptive Skills, Puberty & Sexuality, and Mental Health/Self-Regulation. SDP Codes: varies
