Independent Facilitator. A private, boutique business providing consultation, advocacy, SDP independent facilitation, and care management services to individuals and their families. The populations served include those who are developmentally delayed, mentally ill, clients of the dependency and mental health courts, and individuals in community-based long-term care. We aim to help our clients understand and navigate the complexities of different systems to access needed services.
