We believe that all people should be able to participate in their community, make their own choices, and connect with others. Technology has the ability to create opportunities and open doors for individuals with disabilities. We aim to explore best practices for connecting individuals to technology that enables them to communicate, control their environments, make their own choices, and gain greater independence in their lives. Project SEARCH is an international, unique, business-led, one year internship program that takes place entirely at the workplace. Collaborating with PathPoint, workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through worksite rotations.
