Quiet Strength
Quiet Strength is a self-directed, low-stimulation movement program designed for adults seeking a calm, flexible approach to exercise. Participants move at their own pace through optional strength, balance, and core stations using visual supports, with on-demand coaching available when desired. There are no classes, required routines, loud music, or forced social interaction.
Quiet Strength is especially supportive for neurodivergent adults and others who benefit from sensory-considered environments, predictable routines, and opportunities to build strength, confidence, and independence through self-directed movement. The program aligns with the principles of California’s Self-Determination Program by promoting choice, autonomy, and individualized participation. Support providers are welcome when needed.
