Taylored Care®
Taylored Care® provides person-centered, non-medical support services for individuals with developmental disabilities and related support needs. Services may include personal assistance, supported living services, independent living support, community integration, skill development, caregiver relief, transportation assistance, supervision, and support with daily activities. Services are individualized based on each participant’s goals, preferences, and approved Self-Determination Program spending plan to promote independence, inclusion, dignity, health, safety, and quality of life.
Taylored Care® is a person-centered support organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities throughout California. Our mission is to empower individuals and families through individualized support, community inclusion, skill development, and compassionate service delivery. We are committed to promoting self-determination, independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Taylored Care® is a BBB accredited licensed Home Care Organization (HCO) through the California Department of Social Services and is currently contracted with Inland Regional Center (IRC), Harbor Regional Center (HRC), Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center (FDLRC), and San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) for Personal Assistance (PAS), Respite Services and Supported Living Services (SLS). Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered services that support individuals in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives within their communities.
