Hi, I’m Ruchi Sharma | Founder of Well Connect
As a parent of a neurodivergent teen, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate the Self-Determination Program (SDP). That’s why I founded Well Connect — to walk alongside families like yours with empathy, clarity, and practical guidance.

I’ve been part of the SDP community for over three years, both professionally and personally. My lived experience fuels my passion to help others access the resources, freedom, and support that make self-determined lives possible.

I’ve completed:

Multiple Independent Facilitator Training

Six-month internship under a senior Independent Facilitator

SEAT 1.0 and 2.0 Advocacy Training with COPAA, currently pursuing SEAT 3.0

Ongoing support for families through Person-Centered Planning, budgeting, and spending plans

I currently serve families across North Los Angeles, West LA, and other regional centers in Southern California, and I’d be honored to help you build a support team that truly understands and values your vision.
